My design journey has been challenging yet deeply rewarding. I’ve learned that problem-solving is rarely a linear process but a dynamic one that thrives on constant collaboration, constructive feedback, and iteration.
I began this journey at OCAD University (2016-2021), earning a degree in Industrial Design. There, I gained hands-on experience diving into problem spaces and transforming abstract ideas into tangible solutions, from brainstorming and sketching to prototyping and execution. In the later years of my program, I discovered my passion for UX/UI, product design, and innovation, which became the foundation of my career.
In the summer of 2019, I interned at Travelseekr, a tech startup, where I thrived in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with the cofounder and UI team, I contributed daily ideas and feedback that directly influenced the product’s evolution.
Since then, I’ve continued expanding my expertise through the Designer Up's Product (UX/UI) course and freelance web design projects. These experiences have honed my skills in communication, time management, and tools like Figma, Webflow, WordPress, and basic front-end coding (HTML & CSS).
